Beautifully made, fit me well (I'm a 4.5 and bought a 4 so I would say they run slightly large, while the sandals that were a 4 were too small for me) and a lovely colour. Very comfortable so far! I hate wearing heels but boots are the exception and these are very wearable - although you do need to leave time for the laces!

J'ai toujours été une nostalgique de la mode des années 1920-30, ce modèle avec ses talons bobines, j'en ai rêvé depuis mon adolescence.
Ces bottines, sont juste parfaites !!!
... j'ai voulu les essayer immédiatement, pied nu, j'ai pu les enfiler sans aucune difficulté alors que j'ai un pied plutôt large, j'avais un peu peur car elle sont très fines, la cambrure est idéale, elle sont super confortable.
Il faut juste avoir un peu de temps et la patience de mettre les lacets, mais c'est tellement plus joli que si il y avait une fermeture éclaire, pas de plis disgracieux.
La fabrication est excelente.
J'ai hâte de recevoir mes autres commandes

The look and the fit are amazing! Exactly what I was looking for. My wedding is coming november and has an Edwardian theme, so the shoes are absolutely perfect for it!

I was worried these boots would need breaking in, and worried about fit. I found instead that they were super supple and that the shoelast they use, while the proper narrow-looking shape, works absolutely perfectly if you aim upwards in size. I am an 8.5 US size (about 40 EU) and purchased a 9. They fit so comfortably I was shocked! No breaking-in necessary. I can live in these all day!

Only note: Remember they don’t have metal grommet hooks at the top for ease; they lace all the way up, as the originals did.

Absolutely amazing shoes, I have been looking for period shoes for years until these wonders popped up!
The leather is soft yet sturdy, and the position of the heel (more centred rather than on the edge of the foot like in modern designs) makes it extremely comfortable to walk in even for long periods of time.
Since there is no zipper, be mindful that you have to untie/ loosen up the laces a lot in order to slide your foot in, which means these aren’t ideal run-out-of-the-house shoes. The shoelaces holes and eyelets don’t match perfectly, but I can’t say I mind it.
Super helpful that the shoes come with an extra set of shoelaces and heel replacements! I would recommend memery to anyone looking to get a pair of period shoes! 💕
