Which size is best for me?

Wide or Regular - Which width to choose?

Wide styles are two sizes up in width compared to the regular size. I recommend choosing wide shoes if you usually buy wide-style shoes. My wide styles are an EEE size.

I am between sizes - should I go up or down?

Then you should go up - only 0.7cm between each size. I always recommend this, and it works for most. Or follow the size chart links above.
