I had my eye on these boots for a long time and finally, with the summer sale discounts, could not resist any longer and got them. The boots are very beautiful and comfortable. They are true to size and easier to lace up than I imagined. The boots were nicely packed and the shipment arrived very quickly.

After having made my online purchase your 'Ruth' boots arrived at my home in New Zealand within 10 days! Opening the box was a real treat - such beautiful packaging. The boots are amazing. I haven't worn them out and about yet due to the heavy rain we have had but I have worn them at home. They are so comfortable and elegant. I have been trying to replace boots I purchased in the UK over 25 years ago - finally I found your boots online and I am thrilled. Wir waren die Schuhe von Memery immer zu teuer. Mit dem Erstbestellerrabatt von 20 % konnte ich mich durchringen, diesen tollen Schuh zu bestellen. Die Qualität ist angemessen und der Schuh ist wirklich sehr bequem. Ich habe zwar nicht die weite Version bestellt (war ausverkauft) obwohl ich einen Spreizfuß habe, aber der Schuh ist trotzdem sehr bequem. Und zwar von der ersten Minute an. Ich habe auch einen sehr hohen Spann, der durch die Schnürung kein Problem ist. Sehr angenehm ich auch, dass der Absatz wirklich fachgerecht montiert ist, das bei solchen Schuhen sehr oft nicht der Fall ist. Die Absätze sind in der Regel zu "lang", d.h. reichen zu stark in die Fußmitte herein, so dass hier unangenehme Brücken entstehen und sich die Sohle bei jedem Abrollen des Fußes in einer Spreizbewegung befindet. Bei diesem Schuh sind die Absätze korrekt montiert und durch die Halbmondform sehr bequem zu laufen. Das Leder wirkt hochwertig, ebenso wie die Verarbeitung. Am Fuß sieht der Schuh toll aus und passt zu Röcken genauso wie zu Hosen.
Beim nächsten Angebot werde ich versuchen, mir diesen Schuh auch in braun zu sicher. Vielen Dank!

These boots are so cute, and comfortable. The leather is soft so they wear so nice from the first time you put them on.

This is my third pair of Memery shoes and very first pair of Memery boots. I purchased dark brown Ruth in size 38, which is my true size, and this time wide version. I SINCERELY LOVE THEM. Thank you so much Memery for making these beautiful footwear. The leather used is the softest ever. Very comfortable and spacious for my square toe (my toes don't narrow down towards the tip - my pinky fingers poke out of footl bed while waring sandals). Lacing-up is not as enduring as it looks like. My friend and I have talked about how we need either a well paid job to hire a maid who can lace this boots up or be unemployed so we have enough time in the morning to do so by ourselves. Well, I don't need to unlace all eyelets every time. I unlace the top 6 eyelets and only loosen up the shoe lace for the middle 8 eyelets and the rest I leave it untouched. Wooden heels are beautifully matched in color and style. Its 3 cm height gives a perfect lift and elegance. The shoes are well made and gorgeous. They give authentic Edwardian feelings yet they are great for many styles, including female student style Kimono and Hakama in Meiji and Taisho era. I cannot wait until the cooler weather to wear them!! I upload a photo of Ruth in dark brown and Anna in cognac brown for anyone who wants to compare the color.

After months of arguing with myself whether or not I need new shoes I finally bought them. And they're just perfect! My size is somewhere between 39 and 40 and size 40 fits perfect. I can't wait for autumn to come so I can finally wear them!

They look just as advertised. Really comfortable and true to size. I'm in between sizes 38 and 39 and I have pretty wide feet so I went with size 38 Wide and they fit perfect. They're a little snug but since it's leather they fit better already after only a couple uses. I'm very happy and expect to use these a lot!
