I've been wanting these for a very long time. When they arrived I was delighted. This was my third purchase. The previous two pairs were so comfortable I had no hesitation in wearing them to a family funeral. Unfortunately I was crippled within minutes. I don't think the shoes are the problem, I think it's my feet. But I can't send them back because I tried to wear them.

These beauties are both comfy as well as stylish, which is difficult to find. The wide version is a fantastic option!

What I love about Mette's shoes is that they look so period yet with none of the wear or musty smells of originals.

I bought these vintage looking shoes (the Ida in black) to wear with a black cocktail dress at an awards event- I received a lot of compliments!! They matched the style I was looking for to enhance my look perfectly and I was very pleased with them. The shoes themselves were comfortable and I had no complaints about wearing them the whole evening. I especially like the size of the heel- a little lift to feel fancy, but not so high as to cause a pain. They were JUST RIGHT! A+ =)
