The customer service is excellent. I got the wrong size because i assumed the fit based on other brands, but memery actually makes shoes that match the measurements. So i got an exchange and it went as smooth as i dreamed of. The new pair fits like a dream and i am very happy!
(For reference: i normally have a 40 because of my wide feet but in the front i have >1cm of space with other brands. Here, i have a 39 wide and an immaculate fit!!)

The boots are gorgeous and easier to walk in than expected as someone who doesn't really wear heels. The only real (minor) issue I've noticed is a few of the external/internal holes for the laces don't quite line up properly so it's a little difficult to get the laces through them, though I can see this issue somewhat resolving as the leather softens.

These were the boots which drew me to the brand initially. The design is absolutely gorgeous. I had to wait a while to get them due to preorder but my goodness were they worth the wait. Buttery soft, so comfortable and absolutely gorgeous to boot. I cannot wait for the weather to cool down a little so I can wear them at every occasion I can think of.

I was so happy when they arrived, I was worried about the sizing but they fit perfectly. They are great quality and I can't wait to start wearing them!

I wore these shoes for a production of Sweeney Todd and they were perfect! I was able to walk, run, and dance in these for hours every day for about two months. They had the best traction on stage, but tended to be more slippery on painted set pieces and tile floors. Another issue that is specific to live theatre was noisy footsteps. I had to walk on my tiptoes backstage and on some set pieces just because of how loud they were. This is an issue with many heels when in theatre, but I found the snug fit of the boot made it harder to stand on my tiptoes for long stretches of time. I really can’t complain though because I’d rather be a little slippery and tip toe than be in pain. These shoes are an actors best friend!

Been looking for this retro boots for a long time. Finally I got it after waiting for decades. This boots is beautiful and comfortable. Love the heels and the leather is soft. Nice shoe box, too.
Just need extra preparation time for tying the shoe laces.
