Love the quality and the style of these. The heel is well balanced, and the shoe is mostly comfortable. I do have some problems with the shoes, though. I have a wide forefoot and a narrow heel; the shoe fits in the front, but I’ll have to insert pads to avoid slipping around my heel. Also, I really like the look of the lacing over the foot, but I experience some nagging from the lacing (maybe because there is no layer between the lacing and the foot?). I’ll experiment to find the right sock/stocking, I don’t want it to snag on the lacing part but I also need it to be thin.
Over all I’m impressed with the shoes, but there are some things I need to fix to be able to really wear them.

Lovely shoes, very comfortable and clearly of excellent quality. I would recommend going for the smaller shoe size if you are between sizes. As I have rather narrow, slender feet my heels tend to slip out of the shoes while walking but I added a heel pad and that works fine for me.

Beautiful, stylish, excellent quality. Sadly they do not fit my foot well. The upper foot, toe box, ect. is perfect. The heel is too big, even with inserts. I'm a size 🇺🇸 7, B or medium width with a "AA" heel. Shoes used to be made with what was called a "combination last". Meaning a medium width & a narrow heel. The height of the heel is a little higher than I expected, too. I need a shoe with a more narrow heel box & a lower height heel. I'm hoping to make an exchange for another style of shoe & maybe a size 🇺🇸 6 It makes me sad because these shoes are so beautiful. The craftsmanship is unmatched by any other shoe maker. I wish I could keep these.
