I was a little sceptical to buy shoes in a web store because of bunions. When they arrived it was a match made in heaven. They fit perfectly! Last week I went to a local shoestore and the owner asked where I had got my lovely shoes. Can you get a better compliment than that?

This was my third pair from this brand. Very happy with the look and quality as always, they're so lovely! These took a bit to break in but are now quite comfortable. They were a tiny bit little large on me, but it's no problem with thicker socks

I own a pair of classic Oxford shoes that I wear to death every autumn/winter. For years, it bugged me that somehow their shape didn't quite work with shorter trousers, culottes or even skirts once warmer weather rolled around. NOW I found the solution! "Billie" is a fantastic twist on an Oxford shoe and I immediately pictured them with a cute pair of socks and my summer wardrobe. What can I say - it's a match made in heaven! The shoe itself was comfortable to wear straight away, the EU38 is absolutely true to size and while I love the dainty heart detail, I appreciate the addition of a second pair of shoelaces just in case. I hope Memery will come out with more colours or flat shoes like this in general in the future, I'd buy them in a heartbeat!

I wasn't sure about the size when I ordered because I usually wear a solid 9.5 US. I ordered according to the size chart and got a US 9 / EU 40. The first day I wore them I noticed that they were tight in the width and the top of my arch but the length felt okay. My feet are right in between normal and wide shoe width so I'm going to try stretching them through further wear. Thinner socks work better for these and they're much more comfortable after 4-5 days of wearing. The leather comes pretty stiff but I'm finding that the front where my toes bend is starting to work in a little.
I love the style! I needed a pair of black everyday/slightly dressy shoes and these are perfect. The leaf-end laces are adorable and add a nice detail to the shoes. I'll definitely try another pair of Memery shoes in the future- I'm eager to try the sandals and boots.
