20's Style Shoe=Narrow Toe Box

I bought these shoes for the high-energy/high-impact Lindy Hop dance that was born in the late 20's. Memery Everyday Shoe mimics the ever popular Mary Jane style, so they fit well to the vintage/repro 40's clothing I wear while dancing. I am between sizes, so I chose the larger size to accommodate my personal insoles. Also, the regular width 20's toe box is more narrow than 40's/50's Mary Janes; the larger size provided more room for the ball of my foot and my toes. The next time I purchase Memery 20's shoes, I will try the Wide width.

My Radiant Rubies

My navy "Ruby" shoes are my sixth pair of Memery shoes and they are as every bit as good as my first pair. They are both stylish and practical with a low heel for long days at work. As I have HUGE orthotic insoles that I must wear, I appreciate the structure of the shoe with a strong toe box and reinforced sides. The leather is of a very high quality which resists scuffing. I am really glad I bought these!
