Classic 1940s-Style Lace-Up Suede Pumps with Perforated Detailing

Esther is an elegant and timeless lace-up pump inspired by the refined style of the 1940s. Made from soft suede, it features delicate perforated detailing and luxurious velvet laces that enhance its feminine charm.

The high, curved heel adds a touch of glamour while offering excellent comfort and stability. A leather outsole ensures flexibility and breathability, while soft silicone inserts beneath the leather insole provide modern comfort for all-day wear.

The shoes are handcrafted.

The shoe box includes an extra pair of laces and a set of plastic toplifts.

Really great shoes

Really great shoes , stylish and comfortable. I wish there had been a label to say there was a protective coating on the soles as I didn’t realise and now that I have danced in them am finding it impossible to remove but it makes the shoes very slippery.

Suede pumps

Lovely shoes, nice to have spare laces.The only thing that I am not overly happy about is the sole.Very slippy.

Hi Josie. Thank you for the kind review on our Esther shoes, I'm very happy to hear you like them. Our shoes have leather soles, just like the originals back then. When you start to youse them the soles will roughen up, and become less slippery. Remember to remove the protective plastic cover on top of the sole, as they can be very slippy if it's not removed before use.
It is also possible to add rubber soles on top of the leatehr soles if you like. This is easily done by a cobbler and usually doesn't cost that much.

Go To Daily Work Shoes

First off, I have these in black, too and let me say how much I just love the heel height. It's perfect for getting the look of a heeled shoe but I absolutely do not even notice I'm in a heel. I would love to see more shoes with this heel because it's perfect for daily wear.

I love that these come in wide width and honestly didn't really need to break them in at all. They were so comfortable right out of the box.
