Super comfy!

The heel on these is the absolute perfect height for me, and the shoes are super comfy! I also really love the laces - they actually stay tied in a single knot! (I have to double-knot all of my modern shoes.) They also look fantastic.

My normal size is a 7.5 or 8 (US) or 38.5 (EU). I ordered these in a 39 and found the fit to be excellent. I did order the sizing aid shoe pads, but they weren't necessary with this style.

Unfortunately, I had to return them because I found that they irritate a pinched nerve in my foot that acts up intermittently. I think that most people who wear normal width shoes will be completely fine with these. Hopefully I'll be able to find another style that suits my feet better - although I'll have to wait for another sale, haha.

Love these shoes

Narrow fit but supple leather, which was easy to break in. I wear US 8/EU 39 with heel insert in the Edwardian boots and US 7/EU 38 in the Oxfords. Fits like a glove. I advise a size up on heels and a size down on flats for wide feet. Memery has a fabulous return/exchange policy and great customer service. Thank you!

Comfortable - good value.

This is a significant amount more than I would normally pay for shoes but it was the style that drew me. I am not disappointed - very very comfortable and delighted with the quality.

These are the BEST shoes I have ever owned, I am serious. I’ll probably buy a second pair just to be sure I can continue wearing them when my current pair dies of old age (which I hope won’t be soon, but the quality is great so it’s not likely). These are literally all I’ve ever wanted 💓
