Living in subtropical Australia, boots only come out on the really wet raining days or occasional cold snaps. I had spent a good year or so researching and seeking a pair of boots to fit all my criteria:
-High quality leather
-Rubber soles (for the wet and I don't like the clipity clop of wooden soles)
-Lace up
-Low heel/Flat
-Vintage inspired which work well in casual and also with dresses and skirts for the winter
I ordered as per the size chart and they fit perfectly - I wear them with handknitted socks. Only the first wear the upper leg was a little stiff when walking (but could also be because I was used to ankle boots before), and they are super comfortable, stable and can confidently hop through the streets in the rain knowing I won't slip and that my feet will stay dry. So happy with this purchase and the high quality of the shoe.

I ordered two boots here, these military boots and edwardian walking boots. And I have to say I have never seen soft leather like this in a boot! It is like butter. I have super sensitive feet and I was really concerned that I would get blisters by just trying the boots on but they were so comfortable, that I didn't want to take them off at all. The boot is cut a little wider and more casual than the edwardian walking boot, perfect for everyday Outfits! And I am sure they will last for quite some time!! For me it is a 12/10, I can definitely recommend!

As always it is a delight to shop at memery. Friendly and quick service. But most importantly wonderful shoes that fit like a glove and that inspire compliments from everyone you walk past.

Im a Eu41/US10 and these fit me perfect. I’ve had issues with Memery shoes being too long and narrow for my feet, but I’m happy to say that was not the case with these!
There was a minor issue with the leather on the front toe. One was nicely trim and the other was a bit rough. The Memery staff was very responsive to my questions.

I really love my new boots! I’ve worn them with dresses, trousers and jeans, to the shop and to my office job - they fit in everywhere. I did change the laces just because I wasn’t super in to the chunky ones. Thank you!

Comfortable an stylish. Had to return and size up as my big toe was touching the hardened top (I'm a rather long, slim 40 so 41 is fine). Then I treated myself to both colours :)

Since most of the shoes I see around me are narrow-fitting, I always had to buy shoes that were a lot wider than my feet.
When I saw the photo reviews of these boots, I was worried that they would fit my feet well because of the slim silhouette.
After trying them on, my anxiety disappeared because they fit my feet perfectly! They are just really cool-looking boots.
The leather is not too stiff and wraps comfortably, so I think I can wear them often in my daily life.

This was my first purchase from Memery. Boots are a good fit, I would say true to size, comfortable, been wearing them for a week everyday now and I don't have any problems. And, as I suspect they're only going to get better as the leather conforms to my feet. So, very happy with the purchase!

These boots are a history-bounder's dream! I wear them almost everyday and they are perhaps THE most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. Another reviewer said they fit like a warm hug and I couldn't agree more. Plus they are so gorgeous (I've already gotten compliments!). I pair them with both wide leg trousers and A line skirts for a vaguely historical farmgirl look. The only thing I can think of that bothers me is that there's no size 11.5 so I had to size up slightly to 12. But of course, that's the case almost anywhere I buy shoes!
