Been haunting the Memery page to admire these shoes for years now. Finally bought them, along with a pair of sandals the same size. The sandals fit perfectly, the shoes are a whisker narrow. Speaking to a friend with the same pair, she had the same experience. I will hope they start to give a bit, but if you have average to wide feet, it might be worth you going up an EU size to be sure. I hope one day to get another pair, different colour, and will definitely do that. Otherwise they are gorgeous, exactly as promised

I love these shoes so much; not just because they have the vintage styling that I love, but even more important, they are COMFORTABLE!!!I purchased them in "Wide", and I am so glad I did.
A few years ago, my husband purchased a pair for me in regular width, and a half size larger, because he knows I like a wide fit, and I don't think you offered "Wide" at that point.
The shoes were beautiful (a chartruese green suede), but they managed to be both too long and too narrow. I hate returning things, so they basically are gathering dust in my closet-never worn :( The "Wide" option makes such a difference; I look forward to purchasing more. And yes, I would (and do! ) recommend Memery Shoes.

I'd previously gotten a size US10 from Memory in a different shoe, which fit perfectly, so purchased that size again. However, the area where the bow sits on top of the foot was unfortunately prohibitively tight when I walked, and they fit tight in the toe box as well. Erring on the side of more space vs. less (since I wanted these as a winter shoe to wear with tights) I sized up to a US11 wide. If I wanted to wear them barefoot they would now be too big, but with socks/tights they're just fine, and comfortable so far the one time I wore them on a walk. I think I'd probably more accurately be a US10.5 but that's not an option so I think this is a good work around. The shoes themselves are *beautiful* and I'm excited to wear them more!

These are exactly what I wanted! They have a fabulous 1940s look and are extremely comfortable. I have quite wide feet so I ordered the wide fitting. The sizes seem to come up slightly smaller than usual so I would always order a larger size. Excellent hassle-free service especially when I returned them for the larger size.

Edith – 40s vintage style pumps in suede with colored stitches. My 4th pair of Memery-shoes. I’ve been watching them for a while and fell totally in love with them when they arrived. Beautiful, really well made, and a joy to wear. Efficient order processing, good communication and fast deliveries on top of that. All together excellent.

Beautiful shoes. Well made and most comfortable. I love the style of these reproduction shoes and they are perfect for today’s traditional styles. I would very much recommend this product and others at this shop. This is my second pair from Mette.

J'ai reçu ma nouvelle paire de chaussure en 5 jours, le colis était en très bonne état. Le cuir est doux, la couleur est fidèle à la photo, les chaussure très confortable. J'ai mis des pads pour être sur de bien chausser et c'est absolument parfait ! je ne perd pas la chaussure et elles ne me blessent pas.
Je repasserai commande c'est certain !

How can these be both exactly as described, but also more glorious in person? Absolutely beautiful shoes. Gorgeous design and skilfully made. I haven’t worn them (other than fit test) yet, as they are more of a winter style and it is HOT in Australia currently, but I trust they will be as reliably comfortable as my other Memery shoes. Until the weather cools, I will just admire and adore them in the box!
